VEHICLE STILL IN REPAIRS AFTER A MONTH

I took my vehicle to Danmar on 15/05/13. The repairs (as report) were, L/F spot light, F/bumper & L/F fender damage. I did ask that my left wheel be checked for a shudder. I called 21/05/13 and was told parts were received & work to commence. I never once was called to be informed of further damage that was causing prolonging of repair. I thought I would receive vehicle last week as I got an sms of excess I had to pay. I got an sms 03/06/13 stating repairs started. Received an sms on 10/06/13 stating panelbeating done & vehicle in paint prep. When asked why so long I got reply it was too cold to paint parts?? On 10/06/13 was told I would get a courtesy car and after that call nothing. I called 13/06/13 and was told that I had to wait another week as parts had to be assembled. I drove in there today and car still standing. No one can give me a direct answer as to what the "problem/ hold up" as per wendileen was. I took my car in in a driveable state and very neat brand new. Maybe Im a silly female but arent parts sprayed in an enclosed booth? I was promised a courtesy car on tuesday and my own car back by no later then Thur next week as per wendileen. hopefully decent.
