Inefficient and useless

I upgraded my contract on the 22nd of jan. Following monday i called to follow up on delivery and was told it would be delivered by ram that day. No one came, i followed up later on monday and was told ram has not been able to get hold of me... Tuesday i find out they have the wrong address and have not recieved the alternate numbers supplied to them by me on Monday. The week goes by and many calls and so on later i get hold of Mzi. Mzi promises to give me feedback on Friday regarding the situation and an "R" number... This never happened. Another manager on friday i got hold of makes promises and doesnt deliver either. monday this week... a week after the expected delivery date... i walk onto vodacom northgate where they have the device waiting for me. I vant take it as another delivery has been arranged? We call to cancel and after Two and a half hours on hold the phone gets cut. Tuesday arrives and Anna from Northgate calls on my behalf to cancel and she cannot as it is now invoiced. Tuesday afternoon 1 hour later and pushed pillar to post. I still have no phone, no outcome and i am extremeley off
