My worst nightmare!

My car was supposed to go in on Monday 29 for repairs, but as I was going to be away on Monday and Tuesday, I asked if I could take my car in on Friday 26th, also expecting that going in earlier would help in getting the car back sooner. I asked the booking lady if the parts had been ordered for my car, she reassured me that Mercedes was right next door and parts would not be a problem. I was told that I could expect my car by Friday 3rd May. When I phoned this morning I was told that Technostar were awaiting parts which they had only ordered on Monday and that it would take three days to receive the parts. My car will not be given back on Friday as promised and the lady was not willing to tell me which day next week I will get my car back. Why couldn't the parts have been ordered when the car was taken in?
