No delivery of service - unkept promises

Confirmed collection and delivery of a car on Monday 9th December 2013 (towing) - this did not happen and I was not advised. When I called them, I was promised that it would happen the following day Tuesday. This did not happen - they called and asked me to phone their opposition. I did this at an additional cost of R300. s Now the car arrived at the Auto Electricians 2 days late and they refuse to accept it as they are too busy!! I now have to wait until 6th January 14 to get the car fixed. The owner keeps telling me that HE told me he could not do it, and that he could not tow in the rain!! But why did Justin keep apologising and telling me that he could!!???
