I purchased my car on 3 May 2013, brand new, out of the box, or so I thought.
The following was not working:
- Front footwell drivers side lighting wasn't working
- Front headlights leaked and misted up badly
- Dash panels by the radio and handbreak were loose
- My pre-ordered personalised plates were first not set and then cracked. The new one was done skew.
- The aircon doesn't work
- Bubbles in back window's smash and grab
- Car book not completed
- Free driver course on sale of car
- New car, but eating oil
- Sunroof creaks

When I approached the dealer about the above issues, he acknowledged the faults, and said that he would order the parts and contact me to bring the car in.
I never got a response and had to constantly follow up, and nothing was done to date. I get the run around, and told that every other person but the dealer is follwing up and getting back to me.

This is apalling service. The reason I purchased a brand new car is to avoid the above issues. VW was my brand of choice, but after this service, it definitely isn't. They just want to make a sale, and after that, the piece of I got sold is my problem. This is the WORST service I have gotten EVER!!!
