Refusal to repair vehicle

I purchased a Mercedes A170 from Craig Motors-12th April 2013 & paid cash. Shortly after I purchased the vehicle, it was collected on one occasion so that a coded key could be made (as I only received one), & for the one that I had received to be repaired (as it was cracked). I received the new coded key & was told that the manufacturer did not have enough materials for the other one to be repaired. The new one never worked, except for the locking mechanism.i sent them a letter listing more issues with the car, & they said I had to bring the car in (locking of the passenger door, window/locking panel on the drivers side door, the coded key, & the window washer that was not working). I still have to take the car in. The fan also stopped working(& would only operate on speed no 5.On 12th Sept, I sent an email saying that the gearbox is now making a strange sound & a mechanic that listened to it said that this problem was a long time coming (Torque converter) & that the dealer must have known about it before selling the vehicle to me. The dealer now says he wants nothing more to do with me, he wants no more mails & that he doesn't need my custom. I expect the dealer to fix these problems!
