Hi

I am so appalled by the bad service VW Hatfield in Pretoria has and is giving me. I bought a brand new 2012 model polo in August 2012. This car gave problems with sunroof on the 1st day. We took it in for repairs on 2nd day. Problem still persists. The window by the driver malfunctions. They have tried numerous times to fix it but problem is not resolved - this is a brand new car mind you!! The radio also started giving problems and failed to read cd's, we took it to VW, they took the radio out and sent it to their factor for repairs and was returned and istalled back into the car 2weeks later -this is a brand new car mind you!! I sent them a couple of emails to the dealer principal ion December and not once did he respond. The email address i was using is correct. Also experienced rain coming into the car through the faulty window in December sometime. VW was alerted but all they said was bring the car when you have a chance and we will have a look at it. I told them i need a courtesy car when i bring my car in as i cannot be without a car. They told me they didn't have at the time and thats where it eneded. Running out of characters but thats the gist.
