So Disappointed

It seems that it is true, once a company has received payment for the goods, you are no longer treated as a valued customer.
I bought a Toyota Etios from you in July, I was not happy with the smash and grab, and when I opened the right back door the light did not go on. So I brought the car back and the smash and grab was re-done and the light fixed. After a few days the new smash and grab had settled and I was still not happy with the presentation, On the passenger window you can clearly see that it is not smooth and in the corner there is a visible bubble, the light also stopped working again. I took it back and was told that the car is filthy and that is why there is bubbles, fair enough it was dirty, but I know what I saw. When I complained that when you open the window it sounds like plastic is catching I was told that I must remember that this is an Etios, so what if it is an Etios, I still paid for a new car, A NEW CAR SHOULD NOT HAVE ISSUES LIKE LIGHTS NOT WORKING! I was told for my sanity she will have the smash and grab re-done on the front windows, it was not done! I am not stupid, the windows were settled when I got my car back. The light is not working once again!
