Waiting 2 hrs for tow truck

I logged a call with AA to have my car towed as i am stuck on the freeway. I called at 08:10 and was told the tow truck will come in 75 min. After 90min of waiting i called them back twice being told someone will call me back, eventually whn they call me back they tell me i have to wait for another 75min again.. This is so unacceptable a very bad service as i paying for the service Ref 214 of the 2 December 2013.
