DISGUSTED WITH MY FAVOURITE BRAND VW!!!

I purchased a brand new 2013 polo vivo 1.4 (T/L) in September 2013, from Day one I have had problems with this car!!! Firstly my smash and grab on the back window on the passenger side wasn't done properly, it had what looked like a hole on the film. A few days later, a soft rattle started on my front passenger door. I took it in the following week Wednesday, with no one taking ownership as my consultant left work. Alpine kept my car the entire day and when I got it back, as I was driving home the soft rattle became a loud annoying rattle!!! I phoned Alpine fuming, and spoke to the sales manager and booked my car in a few weeks later as getting time of work was difficult. And off-course, a rattle on the back seat behind the drivers side also started!!! the car got booked in for a "service" and I was happy as the guys were polite and helpful. But now the back seat rattle is so loud when I have passengers-its EMBRASSING! As well as an addition to the rattling family, my cubby started this morning!!! I am extremely DISGUSTED WITH VW PRODUCTS! WHAT KIND OF QUALITY CHECKS DO THEY DO!!! THEY USED TO BE MY FAVORITE BRAND BUT NOW I LOOK AT THEIR LOGO WITH DISSAPOINTMENT!!!
