Deducted money

I called an AA tow truck to have my car moved from the airport. I was then told that i would have to pay for a lock smith to open my car, money was deducted from my account. The tow truck driver came and towed my car, without opening the car, and the locksmith did not arrive. The money has not been refunded to date.
