I am unhappy with the service i'm getting

I had a complaint which concerned my car then i contacted Ford head office in Pretoria of which they allocated an agent to deal with my case firstly the the Agent took time to get back to me as their turn around time is 24hrs it took me 48hrs to get hold of him then after he advised for me to take my car to a dealer close to me for investigation of which i did. I then tried to get hold of him at the dealership so that he could brief the dealer about my car and i wasn't able to get hold of him i then left the dealer with his details and asked his office to have him get back to me of which he didn't. I sent him an email when i got to work of which he responded asking if i left the car at the dealership of which i responded yes to and asked him to call me and brief me on the progress. i have since been trying to get hold of him with no luck his fellow Agents keep telling me he will call me but i am still waiting. Now the dealership has contacted me and told me they have started working on my car with the other issues i had with it but this guy is MIA.
