I bought a 2nd hand car- 40 000 on the clock a month ago. Within the first month my water pump stated to give trouble. Took it to another dealer (since the dealer I bought it from is too far) To find out that my warranty is not valid. I was put under the impression my car was still under warranty and was put through an AA test. Phoned the dealership and they picked up my car. Inconvenient becoz it has to go to Bedford view and I live in Centurion. I had to phone them to get feedback on my car. If I didn't phone or email them, I did not hear anything from the dealership. In the mean time I was given a courtesy car that had no fuel in and the fuel in my car was used and not replaced. I waited a week to get my car back. A week after I got my car back it started making funny noises again. After a whole week of emailing them and telling them that its making noises again, they collect my car on Friday afternoon, which mean that it's going to take even longer to sort out. It's been 3 weeks later and I still don't have my warranty sorted out.
