Ford Ranger 3.2 D/C Tail Ende Hanging to one side

I own a Ford Ranger Pick up which is hanging to the left side. I visited a Ford dealer who told me it is in specification. 35mm height difference from right to left is standard? From the back it looks far from normal. I got hold of an email address of a person responsible for customer complaints and wrote him the query concerning my vehicle. The last reply I received form him was 17/9/2013 and after several attempts no feedback. Maybe some one from the Ford motor company can get in touch with me to resolve this issue. [Email Removed]
