Ford does not care about service

Having had an exceptionally poor experience with a Ford Dealership in Roodepoort, Johannesburg I took my compaint of poor service and the dealer inability to fix my vehicle correctly directly to Ford Motor Company of South Africa. I have since sent multiple email, spoken to their call center and escalated to a senior person and yet nothing has happened. The senior person responsible assured me they would organise for another dealership to check and fix the vehicle, this has not happened. My complaint goes back over three months. Will never own another Ford not recommend them, this is based purely on service and not giving an about their customers.
