Useless dealer principle

After my initial report nothing happened, so I went to the dealership, dealer principle was not available, spoke to the sales manager who lent a sympathetic ear, took all my details.
A few days later they phoned me and asked me to come in, the workshop manager looked and took photo's of the damage, and I also explained to him that another dealership said that the cover was not fitted properly, and they suggested that Centurion remove it and let another dealership fit a new one. I still have not heard anything from Centurion dealership and I am actually wondering if they do have a dealer principle and if so does he really care about his customers. I am highly disgusted with their service and will never ever go there again and I will also tell friends and family never to deal with this dealership. I want action taken immediately. I am sick and tired of waiting for a response from the dealer principle.
