I am struggling to believe that after placing numerous complaints with the dealer principle and the dealership, speaking to all possible managers and with Hyundai SA head office, that absolutely nothing has been done and no follow up has been made with me as to what my complaint was for, I received the worst service possible from the branch that advertises to be the best hyundai dealership in Gauteng, and then after spending a month complaining no one has followed up why is that so? Why has the dealer principle not responded to the email that I sent after receiving his email address to lay my complaint. Why has Hyundai SA not responded after I called in and made a further complaint. The fact that your front line staff are willing to say its not my department and pass me around from person to person in circles shows that hyundai does not care to deal with their customers, Is this the image that HYUNDAI wants to pass on? Word of mouth can do the most damage to a brand and do you think after how I have been dealt with that I will not tell anyone who will listen how bad the service is? Am I even going to get a response from this complaint? How many times will I have to submit complaint
