On the 23rd of October I took in my car with an unknown fault, I was caled in th afternoon by Mavis stating that the problem i was experiencing was because of a rat that ate on some wires, if i dont repair the diadnoises would be 1200.00 and if I repair that would cost the 1900.00. She told me the amount was 1900.00 and I agreed as she said wires were to be replaced. When I went to pick up the car on Friday the 25th, I asked to see where the repairs were done only to find that no wires were replaced and inulation tape was used to cover a repairs wire which the damage was not even more than 10cm long. I was charged for 3hours labour just for joining a wire and and covering with insulation. I complained then was given discount to 1710.00. Just as I drove out, I found an unknown part to me sitting by the gear lever, only to find out that it was the tracking device removed from the vehicle without my knowledge. I wondered what would have happened if i was hijacked later that day with a functioning tracking device.
