Good buying experiance turned to a nighmare

6 weeks ago we bought a vehicle from Gerrit. It was a very pleasant experience and we were impressed with the service we were given. After driving the vehicle for a week the nightmare began. The car had a fuel starvation problem, exhaust manifold gasket blew and the steering pump was leaking oil everywhere. We were on our way on holiday and the vehicle broke down and as Murphy has it in the middle of nowhere.
We did phone Geritt and he said to bring the vehicle back and he would sort out all the problems. That was 5 weeks ago. They gave me a little Fiat bakkie to use. I am a mom that has children, so you can imagine the inconvenience of trying to fit your whole family in a 2 seater bakkie. The loan vehicle had temp documents on it which have now expired. So I am forced to drive around in an unlicensed vehicle which fills up with water when it rains. For 5 weeks we have heard the famous saying from Lucus and Geritt "phone you back in 10". Should I be concerned is it 10 minutes, 10 hours, 10 days, 10 weeks 10 months or 10 years.
I have been very patient, but that to has now also packed up. The service delivery is shocking. All I want is my car back. Come on 5 weeks later and no joy!
