Does not know his job, a big and bullsh#$

Removed a DSTV shuttle twin LNB which is 2 months old and has been tested and found to be in 100% working order. He then cut all coax wires, left pieces hanging from the roof connected the new existing wire which was installed and claims he supplied the wire. I doubt if the twin LNB which he installed is a new one. He even used the customers phone to call for help while working! After he finished his job and a bill of R1085 the working DSTV did not work because all wires were cut and his connections wernt even tied up. I think my gardener would have don a better job. Initially the only problem was a bad connection which cost a new F connector and barrel to the value of R10. I did try to talk to him afterwords but HE PUT THE PHONE DOWN.
Very, very unprofessional and a chanser!!!
