Vehicle returned 5 times

You would think that after returning the vehicle 5 times for minor repairs, I would get it back in tip top shape.
Unfortunately this was not the case... again! After repairing the indicator switch the steering wheel was put back skew. The gear lever booth has been replaced but now the lever itself is loose. I requested numerous times that a copy of the vehicle's service history be put inside the cubbyhole as this was a big point of frustration. This requested was not adhered to. The vehicle was was returned to me with the wire and tape cut offs still lying on the floor of the vehicle.

This service is unacceptable!!!
