Charged for same repair several times

My car has been at their workshop several times (4 times) since Dec 2012, the car overheats without warning. Each time they give me a list of parts that should be replaced or repaired and each time I do as they recommend, but then the car goes back to them within 2 days with the same problem. I have paid 3 times for this problem to be fixed. They have basically replaced my whole cooling system (bottles, wires, fans you name it). Last week when I picked it up from their shop the car didn't even make it home. It over heated. I contacted them asap and now they want to charge me R6000.00 for a blown head gasket and radiator. I have complained by them and insisted that they repair it on their cost, but they are only willing to give me a 25 % discount. My car is still by them and they refuse to budge. What can I do?
