3rd time lucky... I hope!!!

4 Oct 7:30am, I drop off my car to be serviced & ask that the tapping noise from my engine be seen to. I got there after 4pm & told that more time was needed to check it out, my display panel was now completely out & I was informed that it couldn't be fixed as I had an aftermarket radio fitted. In a service call, I advised my dissatisfaction and was told that Kevin would contact me (to date no call). He now blames Lewis for not calling. I took my car back 28 Oct as some ordered parts had arrived and again asked that the noise be seen to, my display be corrected and that there was still an error msg when the ignitition is turned on. I asked that I be advised of the cost as I needed to know if I have to go into the bank (15:30 closure) to withdraw. I called in between 12:30-1pm to enquire the progress of my vehicle and cost and was advised by Ruth (in a very irritated tone), only once the mechanic starts, would I be advised. I got there after 4pm (still no call) Again more time was needed to check the tapping noise, my display was not set as they need the original radio (I could've taken it in), the error msg wasn't seen to. Back tomorrow after speaking to Phillip... 3rd time
