Bad All Round Service

I had my car serviced at Reeds (not the 1st time) as I thought it was a reputed & the best. They always seem to call when your service is due but feedback afterwards was not forthcoming. The negatives were as follows: (1) when returning to car I opened cubiole department & all my items were squashed in and fell out, (2) money in the section below radio I keep for petrol & parking attendants was missing (probably between R20 - R50) - obviously silly on my part to leave it there but did not expect items in my car to be 'vulnerable' to, (3) items in my boot were all laying in a heap, similiar to cubiole it was in a much worse state then I left it. (4) I then sent a mail to complain to person that assisted me the next day and got a response saying sorry & that she will inform service manager & await his response then get back to me. I sent a follow up mail 2 days later, then 4 days after that, then 6 days after that. Yesterday I sent a mail to [Email Removed] and no response. In total it has been 20 days without response. This is totally unacceptable for a reputed company and one that are always on time or ahead of time when requesting a car to service.
