Incorrect Confirmation & Unresolved matte

I contacted your department via e-mail on the 27/02/2012 requesting the cellphone warranty and cellphone cover in the amounts of R25 each be removed. On the 03/03/2013 I received an e-mail from Ramathobi Naledi confirming that the items have been removed as of February. On the 13/04/2013 I sent through another e-mail informing cellc that the items were in fact not cancelled as confirmed in their e-mail. I also informed them that another clients statement was attached to the confirmation e-mail sent on the 03/03/2012. To date I have not had any response and am continually being charged for the two items
