I ordered my items on 31 August 2012 as a surprise for a getaway i'd arranged for my wife. At first on the phone Carmen communicated delivery of 5 working days and they would thus be in time for the surprise, then on e-mail after ordering this changed to 7-10 working days. 2 of the items arrived late, after 14 working days but not the 3rd and it was I who had to e-mail her to find out why. She said "any day now".
The string of excuses then started to follow: the transport strike, then after another few weeks it was a delay at customs because its peak time and it was always I who had to email for feedback, sometimes twice in a week to only receive feedback the following week.. (keep in mind i ordered direct and this order had nothing to do with groupon)
After a long period of time I requested a refund as I realized I will not be getting my items.
Every time I emailed them they would promise me delivery/refund soon. To this day i have STILL not received my refund after they had promised.
This is the WORST service i have ever received and they give online retailers a POOR reputation in South Africa, save your money and emotional effort and use another retailer.
