I am currently insured with Mutual and Federal for 20 years and the service is just getting worse.
I had power surge damage to some of equipment. I submitted my claim on 03/09/2013, it were captured on
05/09/2013 and since then nothing. I send a e-mail no response, phoned 3 times to be informed the claim is registered but they are not sure at what stage it currently is and that they will call me back asap. It is now 14/09/2013 and still nothing, no call or e-mail 11 days after, So I am without a computer and which my wife depend on for 11 days and who knows for how long still, the rest of the damaged items I can cope with.
I pay them on time each month, Why should I be happy with this service.
It is really sad to see a company I supported and trusted fall apart.
