Bad Service

I recently spent in excess of R80 000 at Builders Rivonia in the last 2 months. I wanted to return some unused items, which were in their original packaging, but didn't have the slip. The packaging had the bar code as well as the Builders logo on them. They couldn't do the refund as the items were not scanning and coming up on their system.

I escalated the matter to Shaun the manager, but the response was not favorable. I had to leave the items there and he said he would notify me when he locates them on the system. A few days later was I offered R30 via e-mail for the items. Far less than the actual purchase price. I declined and have not heard anything since.

No response received, or even a courtesy call... Will not be shopping at Builders in a hurry!
Employees are unhelpful...
