Account Balances Incorrect - No Response

On 25 June 2013 I tried contacting MFC on their advertised call centre number. This number does not exist.
I sent them an e-mail kindly requesting that they contact me as calculations on my account statements did not make sense and I wanted someone to personally go through the statement with me to verify.

Two days after I received an impersonal standard text e-mail stating that they do not correspond with customers personally but only via e-mail and I should state my problem.

I sent another e-mail kindly requesting again that someone contact me as I would like personal service.

Once again after two days I received the same impersonal standard text e-mail stating that they do not correspond with customers personally but only via e-mail and I should state my problem.

On 3 July 2013 I stated the problem in an e-mail as well as requesting a settlement letter.

Up until 17 July 2013 I have not received a response.

I get the idea that they are trying to cover up mistakes or irregularities made during the transmission between the old and the new system and also blocking me from transferring my account by not sending me the settlement letter.
