After three strokes of bad luck with my windscreen in a span of 9 months, I went to PG Glass Menlyn for a fourth time to have my windscreen repaired. Eleck dealt with my enquiry on this occasion. He was very professional and accommodating from beginning to end. In a country where service delivery often lacks, I hardly ever come across people like Eleck who give me a reason to believe otherwise.
