BMW's cars are not sheer driving pleasure

Cars & Transport

On the 10th of September 2013, I took the car to BMW Kunene (previously Fordiscks in Rivonia) an error message which is an engine failure and as results, the vehicle loses power and I only got my car back yesterday being 15 October 2013. This was my second visit to BMW for the same error, the first time was in on 30th July 2013. This means that in less than two months, I had to take the vehicle to BMW for the same fault. As a faithful customer of BMW, I requested to undertake that they will fix my car after the Motorplan has expired and this is response from BMW "'Your Motorplan is currently active up until the 18/04/2016 or 100 000KM whichever occurs first. If you experience any mechanical failure on your vehicle Motorplan will cover for those repairs as stipulated in the terms and conditions of the standard Motorplan contract"
This is not acceptable, it takes BMW more than a month to fix my vehicle and the only assurance that I get is that I have Motorplan which is expiring in 2 years!
