Failure to find fault when Car was under Motorplan

I would like to express my utter disgust at the service I received from start to finish with buying a car from Lyndhurst auto. I was made promises of an extended motorplan which never materialised. I was told by the manger from Mini that I was lying. Secondly I have had endless problems with the car and last year in total was left for two months without a car. I have been complaining about the engine sounding horrific but got told I must just warm the engine on starting and turning off. This may I add whilst the car was still on motorplan. Now that the car is off motorplan and I take it in for the same problem, I get notified that its the timing-chain. Seriously? And on top of that I must pay R900 for a quotation? I will never be buying another mini or BMW again from the lack of service I have received. Catch a wake-up and maybe start treating clients with the service that BMW South Africa used to give!
