Fury
Fury VW's poor product knowledge and motorplan

Cars & Transport

Took my car for 105k service plus two faults - one suspension related, other a misfire before Christmas 2012. The car is covered by Fury VW's motorplan.

When I collected the car I was told that the rear brakes pads had "about 3mm" and were not replaced as they had been done previously on the motorplan and I must pay if I want new pads. They took two days to find the suspension problem even though I told them its either a shock or ball joint issue (I have built and raced cars) But --- the misfire, well, they told me it was resolved and when I went to collect the car (was told it was ready) I asked if they had driven it and they confirmed that they had "been around the block" -- I advised that that was insufficient to notice the misfire as it was inconsistent.

I only got the car back in 2013 and the misfire is still there- I complained and still nothing has transpired!!! ( 14 Jan)

My complaint! Had I not have had a motorplan they would have replaced the ECU, coils, fitted new rear brake pads and, and and -- given me a bill from BUT because its on their own motorplan they do the bare minimum and ruin VW's reputation - COPY BMW if you want to get it right Furyious VW
