Cannot fault my vehicle. Bad business ethics

I have purchased a BMW 2011 from BMW Midrand. From around 70000km's on the clock the vehicle started with a very alarming noise from the front. I sent the vehicle to BMW Midrand who on an assumption suspended my motorplan and had me forced to send my vehicle to the panel beaters for the shock towers. They made me do this 3 times before acknowledging the shock towers are OK, and that something else is wrong. Now my vehicle is listed as accident damaged due to their assumption. That is not it, I got BMW SA involved who insisted that they will solve the problem even when the motorplan expires and not to make it a legal matter. liars! my vehicle went in for about a year to try and solve the problem and still they cannot fault the vehicle. On the last attempt they sprayed Q20 on the shocks and told me that now the problem is solved. Incompetent and useless are the BMW technicians at auto Bavaria Midrand and the consult from BMW SA has a lot of talks but knows nothing. My motorplan has just expired and I booked the vehicle for the same problem, now they say that all costs that relate to this problem I will be responsible for. Do not buy a BMW. Get you lawyer immediately. Dishonest
