How stingy can you be!!! Unlike Any Other??

They darn smile all the way to the bank once you've purchased one of their supposedly Classy vehicles, yet their service and customer focus succcks! DON'T EVER buy a mercedes unless they have reviewed their Motorplan policy. I took my car in for its final service under the motorplan but was told that i'll need to foot the bill of R4500 because it is 55km over the limit!!! What happened to customer focus or is the economy that bad that Mercedes SA can't afford to subsidise their 50:50 contractual obligation. Stay away from Mercedes rather opt for a vehicle which is covered under a PROPER/FULL motorplan UNLIKE MERCEDES motorplan.

Steer clear of Mercedes if you want a convenient and hassle-free service delivery.
