DHL a joke

I often send international parcels for the company I work for and since the company I work for is located in an outlying area what normally happens is that DHL Joburg contacts DHL Bloemfontein who contact a 3rd party courier to collect the parcel. Well that is what should happen in theory. None for a typical DHL day in my outlying area life... A customer contacts me and orders spares - this is almost always urgent. I get the spares he wants immediately and contact DHL Jhb with the delivery address, the dimensions of the parcel and the weight. DHL give me a date that the parcel will be collected - usually the following day or the day after. Now very often my customer is urgently awaiting his spares but due to the very slack service that I get from DHL Im have to wait for the parcel to be collected by this 3rd party. When the parcel hasnt been collected on the scheduled day I phone DHL and 9 times out of ten the collection has not made it onto my account so nobody knows about it and I have to rebook the collection. The other 1 out of 10 times the booking is on my account but a communication error between DHL Jhb and DHL Bloemfontein has occured.
