DELIBERATE LATE SETTLEMENT OF TRADE INS

I traded in two vehicles on a Fortuner at Prima Motors Wonderboom on behalf of my parents. As a project manager I am extremely thorough when conducting such transactions. I repeatedly (have email proof) requested copies of the proof of payments that our "old" cars have been settled. I never received a POP, but was assured several times, only to NOT provide for such debit orders and to find out on the 1st the vehicles were NOT settled and the bank still took the money from my account. A staff member from Prima Motors confirmed to me in confidence (after I lost my temper) that I am not the only person with this dilemma, and that there are several similar cases as the owner MR DURAND SNYMAN does this deliberately. "I cannot tell you how many people phones me daily asking for their R5000 here and R2000 there" Quoting the anonymous staff member. I have left four messages for Mr Durand to contact me to resolve this in person to no avail. I URGE fellow unsatisfied customers to contact me should you wish to take matters further!
