We have cancelled our contract with Afrizon about a month back, and the phone has NOT BEEN COLLECTED as promised. There were arrangements
made, and the collection address was updated by one of thei callers, but the driver was at the incorrect collection address. Now the phone has still not been collected. This is against the consumer protection
act. The first instalments have already been deducted. This is unacceptable!! This contract was cancelled within less than a week after receivind the phone. And their telephone never works! It takes numerous calls
before someone actually picks up, and even then the one at customer care is useless, or the phonecall drops!

We have sent an email and numerous calls! I expect this phone to be collected by Friday at the latest, or further legal action will be taken
