Bad After sales service and workmanship

In December i bought a new KIA Cerato hatch 2L automatic. I have since then had numerous problems with this car. It was repaired numerous times, but the problem to this date persists! I contacted KIA SA three times without any success of any feedback or help from them! I am outraged and highly disgusted and disappointed in there service never mind their product!! I hope to get a response from them!
