Poor after sales service and workmanship

I bought a new KIA Cerato hatch 2L automatic in December from Imperial motor select in Somerset West.
Since then the car had gone in for numerous times, for problems and defects to be rapaired. It is however now at present still not resolved and the service i have been getting is a disgrace! I have contacte KIA SA three times, with no feedback from them! The car have been to Imperial Motor select in Tokai 5 times to be fixed and is still not fixed! I went back to the dealer in Somerset Wes in the hope they will take the matter further, and although they said the matter was forwarded to the regional manager, on cantacting the regional manager he had no idea what matter is was refering to! I am at this stage so sick and tired of having to struggle like this and hope you can help!
