Faulty Cerato Koup!

I am very frustrated with the service I have been receiving from Kia. I bought the Cerato Koup last year May and have been experiencing difficulties with the car, always pulling to the left. I have taken my car back to Germiston branch numerous times to rectify the problem and still no success. I then took the vehicle to the Glen branch and advised on the pulling with my first service and still nothing was clarified. I then was told to take my vehicle to Kia Edenvale - as this is the head branch - on numerous times, and even left my car for just under a month to get the problem sorted, I have my Koup back and the problem, I feel, has only gotten worse. I email and have to call customer service and I never get any reply. I have been very patient with the matter but my patience is running very thin, I have taken many hours off work to get there in time for pick up and have spent a lot of petrol doing so too. My car is less than 20 000 on the clock and this matter never gets rectified. I demand this matter gets sorted out with immediate urgency! With the service I have been receiving, I will never purchase another Kia again.
