Garage door issues

I had Guy, install my garage door motors about a year ago, I have had numerous issues with the doors ever since, I have contacted him, and he insists he will charge a "call-out" fee to come and correct the issues, i am not prepared to pay a call out as their have been problems since day one.
Here are a few:
1.The door keeps jamming on the roller
2.The motors are now unresponsive at times
3.The motor on the one garage door, now struggles to change from manual to automatic, it seems the internal mechanism is faulty.
This is only to mention a few concerns, I feel that this is unacceptable as there is problems with the installation, and I should not pay another call out fee for this, as this is not my fault.
I request that another agent come through and correct these motors, so that they work 100% without problems, as I do not feel comfortable with Guy's workmanship.
