Highly Disappointed and Very Frustrated

I have phoned Groupon yet again about my tablet and NOW i have been told that there is nothing that they can do because they are not getting the custom made dongle which only works for this tablet. And that won't accept the product because it is over 6 months, when i have been trying to get any feedback for the last 6months. i did not buy this product to be used as a toy. i bought an internet sim for the tablet which now has been collecting dust. I would like Groupon to collect this tablet and replace it with a new tablet which i can use the internet on.

I have bought a tablet in December 2012 with a specific dongle for internet. I have received the tablet but there is no dongle. I have sent 6 emails and phoned 4 times regarding this problem. Have been promised that Groupon will get back to me and they are receiving the product which i will be getting in a weeks time but NOTHING has been done.

Very frustrating.
