Reeds, in general offers terrible customer service. Everything from after sales service to the repair and servicing of vehicles - the service is painfully awful. With my latest interaction with Reeds, I realized that the quality of their vehicles could possible be just as bad as their service because my only 3 Year car, which has been well looked after BY REEDS, needs a new engine. Pierre Smit at Reeds N1 City is the first person at Reeds who has taken care of me as a client. Made sure I was well informed about the work being done on my car and even went the extra mile to ensure I receive a warranty loan car when he heard that it's been challenging for me without a car. I have never even met Pierre personally but I truly appreciate his great attitude, feedback, respect and assistance. Reeds needs more people like Pierre Smit.
