I bought a new Kia Rio 1.4 Tech automatic in January 2013. I paid cash for this vehicle. I've noticed a funny rattle from my dashboard and i phoned the sales consultant named Jayson who sold this vehicle to me, he advised to book the vehicle in at the service dept. I did so and explained the problem. On the morning of the booking day we struggled for assistance and had to deal with rudeness. That afternoon when my sibling collected my vehicle she was treated unacceptable by Eugene van der Walt. He threw the car keys towards her on the counter saying "go find the vehicle in the yard i'm too busy to assist you." I was told that they did not touched my vehicle as they need to call a technician first. Frustrated i contacted Eugene and we arranged a date for them to collect the vehicle at my work to inspect the problem. With the drop off i was told that Eugene will contact me which he never did. I had to phone him. His excuse was he did not have my
contact number after numerous calls. His feedback was that they need to order a "bullet" to fix the problem. It's been 2 weeks and still no feedback. They quick to take the cheque but when it comes to after sales service, PATHETIC!
