RTT
RTT Service is SUPER BAD!!!

MTN promised to deliver my new cell phone within 2 workings days, they are using RTT. On 05 August i called RTT with a reference number and was told that my item is will be delivered on Friday because they got the cellphone from MTN after [URL Removed] Friday, called them 12 times to DEMAND my cellphone, I was told that the item will be delivered in that Friday (06 August). Till today this delivery has not reached me. RTT what is happening? Service is poor!!!
Take note people, RTT cannot render courier services! MTN should find a better courier company, as business will go to the dogs.
