RTT
Poor delivery service

MTN promised to deliver my new cell phone within 3-4 workings days, they are using RTT. On 18 July i called RTT with a reference number and was told that my item is in Kimberley. I was told that the item will be delivered next day. Till today this delivery has not reached me. RTT what is happening? Service is poor!!!
Take note South Africa, RTT cannot render courier services!!!
