Multiple misscomunications regarding delivery

A Few weeks ago, I returned a faulty WD media player.

Takealot performed the collection on second attempt, as they went to the incorrect address. This was despite me advising them to update their records.

This however is not the issue. The problem is that TAKEALOT has attempted to deliver the repaired item multiple times in the last week. I practically begged them VIA email and telephone to verify with the couriers that my contact number and address is in fact updated.

Despite this, they mis-delivered the item last week, including Friday. On Friday i was advised they delivered to the wrong address, I re-told them adress and contact again, they promised the courier would call me, and until now they have not.

They have instead delivered to the correct address, but requested the wrong name (probably my wife's).
I was promised a call back today, nobody called yet.

I am actually not sure what to do.

Apparently giving an address, full name and cell number is not good enough to receive a parcel.

Either there is serious incompetency with your couriers, or some of the worst communication between the courier and your CT office.

PS. I still await my package.
