POOR SERVICE AGAIN!!

I renewed my contract with Autopage on the 27th of August and have not had my phoned delivered as yet. After contacting the call centre on Friday 30th to find out why the phone delivery is delayed I was informed of a waiting period of a month. This I found unacceptable as when I renewed my contract I was promised that I would have my phone by latest on the 29th August. I didn't get any call from anyone informing me that I would expect a delay in the delivery. Again communication to customers is a disgrace.

On contacting the call centre today at 16:43, spoke to Daniel who informed me that the courier has been unsuccessful in getting hold of me. I found this strange as I provided both my landline and cellphone number to Autopage on which the courier should contact me on. This obviously didn't happen. I was then informed that the courier would only deliver the day after tomorrow.

I think I have totally been disappointed by the lack of interest and service in Autopage, especially to retained customers. I will therefore move my account from Autopage and cancel this contract.
