Parcel took long

I am unhappy with the time a parcel is taking to reach me. It was mailed last week (03/09/2013) from Cape Town, It was accepted at Clareinch at 8:39 on the 3rd, next update on parceltrack was 17:19 the afternoon on the same day at Capemail (HUB) in transit, then the next update was only on the 6th at 12:24 at Tshwane (HUB), since then no updates! No one can tell me where the parcel is at the moment or when it will arrive in Witbank.
